The lounge has Spanish TV and a music centre for your entertainment, with patio door leading to a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
A fitted kitchen comprising electric hob, microwave, fridge / freezer and cupboard space. Two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two singles. This apartment does not have airconditioning but has the fresh breeze straight from the beach and ceiling fans in each room.
The community has designated parking for this apartment for one car, and it is advisable to hire a car.
The Mundo Aguilon golf course is 3km away and long established golf resorts such as Desert Springs , Marina de las Torres and Valle del Este are 25 minutes drive away. Águilas with a marina is 5 minutes drive away.
